2 Years In Heaven Letter To Skylar

September 2018. Dear Skylar,

I am going to miss you. You were a great friend to me. I know you didn't know me very well but you showed me how much you cared for me as a fellow Parkview student. I know God needed another Angel to go home and that Angel was you.

I wish you were still here with us. I am sad to hear that you have passed on and I thought to myself no it can't be you. You made me realize that I am wanted here on earth and that people do care for me even if they don't say it.

I remember the last time I saw you was before Parkview closed its doors. And I went to your house with my Dad and you recognized me and embraced me with a hug and I had never forgotten how much that meant to me.

I realized that not every student is going to bully me but you were the better person who stood by me. The one who cared. The one who understood what I was going through and for that I want to say thank you for being you.

You were a student who I could look up to and appreciate the things you do and did for us students and for standing up for those who couldn't. You will be missed by me and many of your family and friends. Sending big hugs to you.
