Got To Go Out For A bit Today

Today I went out with my sister Laura, Neice Faith and my Dad to the vet’s SPCA to pick up Shadow her cat. And I was really happy to go out for a drive and get away from downtown, home for a while. Even if it wasn’t for long.

Laura was getting her cat while I was taking photos of a few different things including the building, the things and the greenery surrounding it. It is so pretty up there. I also noticed this time that there is a pet mausoleum urn type plot building up there on the property. I call it that because I am unsure of what they are called. And this plot caught my attention. I never saw it the first time I went up there with Presley SunStar my kitten at the time. She is grown up now and she is a pain in the butt. She is also a rescue. She betrayed me for my Niece. I pay her bills and that is how she repays me. How unfair is that? Little Trader should have been her name.

After we picked up Shadow we went to see our brother, Dan. And he got his Soda Pop, Pepsi. And he was happy about that. I was happy to see him. It has been like two months since we last saw him. Sister left mad because she couldn’t hug him. Anyway, when they were all talking I went over to Dan’s neighbour’s house and got some pictures of the flowers up there. They are really beautiful.

And then we drove through downtown and it felt so different to pass the HCARTS building and even Jackson Square Mall. I kind of miss going down to the mall, going to the library and the Farmer’s Market. I also miss volunteering with the HCARTS too. I was looking forward to Dusk Dances this year but I believe it is cancelled. I am so sad about that unless I heard wrong. This year would have been my sixth year volunteering with the HCA Dance Theatre with Dusk Dances

And then not too long after that we left and went home and I spent some time with my sister before she had to go home with Shadow.
